Huawei has announced Matebook X in china. The design is similar to Huawei Matebook X pro but its lighter and thinner and has an upgraded touchpad.
The laptop now weights around 1 kg and also impressively thin at 13.6mm. Which is both lighter amd thinner than Huawei Matebook X pro. Apart from that the laptop also scrapes the standard USB-A connector in order to make the device thin and uses just two USB-C ports, which is also used for charging. And the other change is a smaller battery as the laptop is now both smaller as well as lighter than Matebook X Pro.
The other major difference is touchpad. Now it comes with an upgraded touchpad that Huawei says it can recognize different pressure levels and the haptic feedback feels like a press of a real button. The whole area of the touchpad offers uniform clicking experience.
The remaining spec are identical to the MateBook X pro. The specifications are listed below :

The international version of the MateBook X launch date is still unknown but it should launch in a month or so.
